基于数字跑道的青年人正走、倒走步态及足底压力分析 被引量:4

摘要 采用数字化跑道对30名普通大学生进行了正走、倒走的步态及足底压力测试。结合数理统计、个案研究等方法对测试数据进行了分析。主要结论:1)女生倒走时具有更好的稳定性和平衡性。2)正走的双支撑时间百分比小于倒走;单支撑时间大于倒走。3)虽然在压力曲线形态上倒走是正走的逆过程,但是从足底压力分布上,倒走与正走差异较大。倒走时仅第一波峰时刻压力值与正走第二波峰压力值差异不大。第二波峰时刻压力值低于正走第一波峰时刻19.1%,波谷时刻压力值低于正走15.1%。4)在着地与蹬伸方式上,倒走时足底压力分布有"轻着地、重蹬伸"的特点。倒走动力主要来源于蹬伸;正走动力主要来源于摆动引起的惯性力和蹬伸的双重作用。 In this study, we used the Digital Track test gait and plantar pressure of 30 ordinary College Students. The data were analyzed by mathematical statistics, case studies and other methods. The main conclusion ;1) Girl has better stability and balance than boys when walking backwards.2) the double support time of walking forward is less than walking backwards, and single support time is greater. 3 ) Although walking forward and walking backwards is re-versed from the pressure curve shape, but from the plantar pressure distribution, walking forward and walking back-wards is quite different. Only the first peak pressure value of walking backwards is insignificant with thesecond peak pressure valueof walking forward. Thesecond peak pres-sure value of walking backwards is 19. 1 % lower than the first peak pressure value of walking forward. The valley pressure value of is 15. 1% lower than walking forward. 4) On the way of the ground and kicking, the feature of walk-ing backwards about plantar pressure distribution is “ light the ground, kicking heavy”. The power of walking back-wards is mainly from kicking, and thepower of walking backwards is mainly from the double effect of wobble caused by the inertial force and kicking.
