摘要
动作准备练习作为一次训练课的开始部分,其重要性不可忽视。采用文献资料、专家访谈等方法,分别从动作准备练习的概念、板块构成、动作设计及作用4个方面进行了系统的研究。结果表明:动作准备练习是指为满足运动员日常训练和比赛要求而设计出的一套系统的、有效的、个性化的练习方法;其包含了臀部激活、神经激活、动态拉伸、动作技能整合四个板块;与传统的准备活动相比,动作准备练习的动作设计更有针对性;研究还表明动作准备练习具有建立和强化正确的动作模式、提高机体温度和伸展性、唤醒和激活神经系统及肌肉中的本体感受器等作用。旨在为今后的运动训练提供一个科学的指导,及为后续有关功能动作训练研究和本土化体能训练体系的建立提供参考。
As the beginning of the training course, the im-portance of action preparation training cannot be ignored. Using the method of literature, expert interview, this paper makes a systematic study on four aspects: the concept of action preparation training, the composition of the plate, the design of action and the function of shows that the action preparation training, which is de-signed to meet the requirements of daily petition , is a set of systematic, effective and individualized practice method. It contains four plates: hip activation, neu-ral activation, dynamic tension, action skills integration. Compared with traditional preparation activities, the action preparation training is more pertinent. The study also that action preparation training has the function of establishing and strengthening the correct action mode, improving the temperature and stretch of the body, awakening and activa-ting the nerous system and the body of the muscles in the body. The aim is to provide a scientific guidance for future sports training, and to provide reference for the flow-up study of functional movement training and the establish- ment of localization of physical training system.
