高校体育专业健美操支架式教学的实证研究 被引量:14

College Sports Professional Aerobics: an Empirical Study of Scaffolding Instruction

摘要 利用支架式教学模式优化健美操教学过程,采用文献资料法、实验法、对比法、问卷调查法等研究方法,以吕梁学院体育系体育教育专业2013级68名学生为实验对象,实验班进行健美操支架式教学,对照班进行健美操传统教学,对高校体育专业健美操支架式教学进行实证研究。实验结果显示,高校体育专业健美操支架式教学比传统教学更加科学化、合理化、多元化,更能充分发挥教师的主导作用、体现学生的主体地位,对培养和提高学生的创编能力、教学实践能力、健美操学习兴趣、自主学习能力以及协作能力有更好的促进作用。 Scaffolding instruction model is used to opti-mize aerobics teaching process, with 68 PE major junior students at Lvliang University as the experimental objects, a research on professional sports aerobics scaffolding in-struction was made by using the literature material method, experimental comparative method, questionnaire sur-vey and other research methods. The experimental classes practiced aerobics scaffolding instruction, while the com-parative classes practiced traditional teaching metiiod. The experimental results showed that compared to the tradi-tional PE teaching method, the scaffolding instruction model in aerobics is more scientific, rationaized and di-versified ,and it can give full play to teachers’ leading role, reflect the students' main body status, cultivate and improve the students’ creating ability,teaching ability and interests in aerobics learning,it can also prompt students’ autonomous learning ability and cooperation ability.
