The Development Path and Development Experience on National Sports Industry Base

国家体育产业基地经历了十年发展历程,在创新管理观念、创新组织形态、创新内容形式、创新管理方式等方面起到显著的示范作用,同时正在规划着体育产业发展路径,设计体育产业成长模式。其发展的主要经验有:注重资源整合、融合发展;注重政策协调、加强顶层设计;注重平台搭建,协调合作;注重创新机制,延伸产业链条等。但同时也存在政府产业政策呈现无效性;政府在产业链形成中表现失灵;潜在市场经济效益不够、投融资机制有待创新等问题,未来还将面临来自制度或市场的新挑战。

The national sports industry base has been exist for about ten years, which has played a significant role in innovation management concept, innovative organization form, innovative content form and innovative management mode. The national sports industry base is planning a sports industry development path and also designing sports industry growth model. Themain development experiences are as follows ： focus on resource integration, integration development, focus on policy coordination, strengthen the top design, focus on platform structures, coordination and cooperation, focus on innovative mechanisms, extend the industrial chain and so on. However, there are some prob- lems, such as ineffectiveness of government industrial pol-icy, the government’s insufficient in the formation of in-dustrial chain, poor performance in market economy, inno-vation and investment and financing mechanism, new challenges from the system or market is unavoidable.
