同轴连接器压接工艺尺寸设计探讨

本文运用一种由小到大(设计尺寸),循序渐进的设计思路和计算方法,介绍了压接编织层式的射频同轴连接器压接外壳、压接管和压接模块在设计时的相关尺寸的确定。目前压接管热处理工艺还不完全成熟,压接后反弹大,希望从尺寸设计方面能够弥补和提高电缆与连接器拉力,保持力的可靠性。

A small to large in this paper（design dimensions）, design and calculation method of step by step, the pressure to determine the size of RF coaxial connector connected woven layer type crimp shell, pressure nozzles and crimping module in the design of the heat treatment process; pressure pipe is not fully mature, after crimping the rebound, hope from the size design can improve the reliability of the connector and the cable tension, retention.
