摘要
本文系统介绍了MES系统的整体体系架构,阐述了MES系统中数据库系统、应用框架及应用模块的结构,说明了MES系统的WEB服务器的主要配置,针对使用过程中的一些具体问题提出了解决方法与优化策略。本文提出的优化策略能够帮助生产型企业实现生产装置工艺数据的实时采集和存储,提升生产资源调配的效率,更便捷地开发数据信息平台,对本行业相关的MES系统操作和优化实现有一定借鉴意义。
In this paper, I systematically introduce the overall framework of MES system, the architecture of database system, application framework and application module, summarize common configurations of Web server in MES system, and present some solutions and optimization strategies oriented to specific problems that appear in use. Those optimization strategies is capable to help production-oriented enterprise to capture and store production progress data real-timely, promote the efficiency of deploying product resources, and make developing information processing platform easier. Those optimization strategies can be referenced to do operations and optimizations on MES system related to our field.
