摘要
在电力设计中,热力管道的坡度计算量大费时,有必要将其计算自动化。本文选择电力设计中应用较多的应力计算软件CAESARⅡ的计算结果作为数据来源,根据管道设计的实际需要设计了程序界面和报表输出格式,并利用VB编程语言实现了程序自动计算坡度的功能,最后在实际的电力工程设计中进行了运用,证明使用该程序计算管道坡度可以达到准确高效的要求。
In electric power design, the calculation of hot pipe slope need a lot of workload, it is necessary to realize auto-calculation. This paper took the calculation result from CAESARⅡ, which is a famous stress analysis software, as the data source; designed a program interface and report sheet according to piping design requirement; and made the functions of this program available through VB code; finally the program was applied in a power project, and shows that it is accurate and high-efficiency.
