前庭康复训练在良性阵发性位置性眩晕残余症状治疗中的应用分析

Application of Vestibular Rehabilitation Training in the Treatment of Patients with Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo

目的探讨前庭康复训练对良性阵发性位置性眩晕残余症状治疗的临床效果。方法整群选取该院2013年10月—2015年12月收治的420例良性阵发性位置性眩晕患者行手法复位,其中86例有残余症状,将其随机分为对照组和研究组,每组43例,对照组采用常规疗法治疗,研究组则加用个性化的前庭康复训练,对比两组临床治疗效果。结果研究组治疗有效率95.34%,治疗满意度100.00%,6个月复发率2.33%,对照组治疗有效率为76.74%,治疗满意度83.72%,6个月复发率11.63%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论良性阵发性位置性眩晕通过加用个性化的前庭康复训练,能够缩短病程,明显改善残余症状,有效的减少患者的复发率,临床应用价值高。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of vestibular rehabilitation training in the treatment of patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. Methods Group selection in our hospital from October 2013 to December 2015, 420 cases of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo treated with manipulative reduction, 86 cases had residual symptoms, they were randomly divided into control group and study group, 43 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional therapy, the study group was given vestibular rehabilitation training and personalized, compared between the two groups clinical therapeutic effect. Results The effective rate of treatment group 95.34%, treatment satisfaction 100.00%, the recurrence rate of 6 months of 2.33%, the effective rate of the control group was 76.74%, treatment satisfaction 83.72%, recurrence rate of 6 months of 11.63%, significant difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo can shorten the course of disease, improve the residual symptoms, reduce the recurrence rate of the patients effectively, and the clinical application value is high.
