摘要
目的探讨人工泪液辅助改善睑板腺功能障碍性干眼症的效果。方法整群选取该院眼科2014年6月—2016年6月收治的105例(210眼)睑板腺功能障碍性干眼症患者,随机分为2组,对照组52例给予常规治疗,观察组53例,在对照组的基础上给予人工泪液,比较两组疗效。结果观察组总有效率为90.6%,Shirmer(18.62±6.44)mm/5 min、BUT(23.29±4.10)s,显著优于对照组总有效率为76.9%,Shirmer(13.27±7.01)mm/5 min、BUT(16.67±3.11)s(P<0.05)。结论人工泪液辅助常规治疗显著,可有效改善临床症状,值得应用。
