摘要
目的探讨不同氨溴索给药方式在新生儿肺炎中的临床治疗效果及对肺功能的影响。方法整群选取2015年5月—2016年7月福建省泉州市泉港区妇幼保健院收治的新生儿肺炎患者105例,随机分为对照1组(n=35)和对照2组(n=35)和观察组(n=35)。对照1组采用氨溴索雾化吸入治疗,对照2组采用氨溴索静滴治疗,观察组采用氨溴索雾化吸入联合静滴治疗,采用肺功能测定仪对患儿治疗后肺功能进行测定,比较3组临床疗效及对肺功能的影响。结果观察组体温恢复正常时间(1.5±0.7)d、咳嗽咳痰消失时间(4.1±1.5)d、啰音消失时间(4.3±1.2)d及平均住院时间(5.6±1.1)d,短于对照1组和对照2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后肺功能指标:FVC(3.13±0.39)m L、FEV1(2.48±0.51)及FEV水平(78.83±7.25)%,显著高于对照1组和对照2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新生儿肺炎患儿采用氨溴索雾化吸入联合静滴治疗效果理想,能改善患者肺功能,值得推广应用。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of different ambroxol administration in neonatal pneumonia and its effect on pulmonary function. Methods A total of 105 neonatal pneumonia patients were randomly divided into control group1(n = 35) and control group 2(n = 35) and control group 2(n = 35) from June 2015 to July 2016, in Quanzhou, Fujian province.) And observation group(n = 35). The control group 1 was treated with ambroxol inhalation, the control group 2was treated with ambroxol intravenous drip, and the observation group was treated with ambroxol inhalation combined with intravenous infusion. The lung function test was used to measure the lung function after treatment. The clinical effects and lung function of the three groups were compared. Results The time of recovery of body temperature(1.5 ± 0.7)d, the duration of cough and expectoration(4.1 ± 1.5)d, the time of rale disappearance(4.3 ± 1.2)days and the average length of hospital stay(5.6 ± 1.1)d,FVC(3.13 ± 0.39)m L, FEV1(2.48 ± 0.51) and FEV(78.83 ± 7.25)% in the control group and the control group, respectively,the difference was not statistically significant(P〈0.05). The pulmonary function indexes of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group Group and control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P〈0. 05). Conclusion Nebulisation inhalation combined with infusion of ambroxol in children with neonatal pneumonia is ideal and can improve the pulmonary function of patients.
