躯体化障碍患者的临床特征分析及药物治疗52例分析

目的分析躯体化障碍患者的临床特征及药物治疗对躯体化障碍患者的临床应用效果。方法从该院2014年1月—2015年12月收治的患者中,方便选取52例躯体化障碍患者为研究对象,将其随机分成对照组和观察组,每组26例,对对照组患者采用常规治疗方法 ,对观察组患者采用帕罗西汀联合奥氮平进行治疗,比较两组的治疗效果,并通过症状自评量表、一般资料调查表和躯体形式障碍症状筛查量表来评定患者的临床症状。结果其中52例患者中,有27例(51.9%)出现呼吸难,有31例(59.6%)出现头痛,有33例(63.5%)出现睡眠障碍,有16例(30.8%)出现关节疼痛,有38例(73.1%)表现出疲劳乏力。通过分析比较,观察组的精神评分、生理功能、社会功能等生活质量评分明显优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论躯体化障碍患者的临床特征复杂多样,其中疼痛是最主要的临床特征,对其采用药物治疗,可以明显提高患者生理、心理等方面的生活质量评分,有效改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of patients with physical disabilities and clinical application of drug therapy on patients with physical disabilities. Methods From our hospital in January 2014 to December 2015 were patients, Convenient selected 52 cases of patients with somatization disorder as the research object, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 26 cases in each group, the control group was treated with routine treatment, the observation group were treated with Paroxetine Combined with olanzapine treatment, compared between the two groups the treatment effect, and through the symptom checklist, general information questionnaire and the symptom of somatoform disorders screening scale to assess the clinical symptoms of the patients. Results Among 52 patients, 27 cases（51.9%） breathing difficult, 31 cases（59.6%） headache, 33 cases（63.5%） suffered from sleep disorders, 16 cases（30.8%） appeared in joint pain, 38 cases（73.1%） showed fatigue. Through the analysis and comparison, the observation group of mental score, physiological function, social function and other quality of life scores were significantly better than the control group, the difference between the two groups was significant（P0.05）. Conclusion The clinical features of patients with disorders of the body conclusion is complicated, which is the main clinical features of pain, the use of drug treatment, can significantly improve the quality of life score of patients with physiological and psychological aspects, effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
