他克莫司软膏联合窄谱中波紫外线对白癜风的治疗作用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究并分析治疗白癜风患者时使用他克莫司软膏联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗的效果。方法整群收集该院2014年6月—2016年3月收治的白癜风患者共96例,根据随机对照原则分为对照组(48例)和观察组(48例),对照组接受窄谱中波紫外线治疗,观察组则联合他克莫司软膏涂抹患处,将两组患者治疗后的总有效率、不同部位皮损治疗效果以及不良反应发生率进行观察和对比。结果观察组治疗后的总有效率为95.83%,显著高于对照组的79.17%,χ2=6.095,P=0.014;患者面颈部、四肢躯干的治疗效果更佳;两组患者均未发生严重不良反应。结论在白癜风患者的治疗过程中,他克莫司软膏联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗能够使患者获得更佳疗效,值得推广应用。 Objective To study and analyze the treatment of vitiligo patients using Tacrolimus Ointment combined with NBUVB treatment effect. Methods Group collected from June 2014 to March 2016 in our hospital were 96 cases of vitiligo patients, according to the principles of randomized into control group(48 cases) and observation group(48 cases), the control group received NB-UVB treatment, the observation group is a joint Tacrolimus Ointment daub, two groups of patients after treatment, the total efficiency in observation and comparison. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was95.83%, significantly higher than that of the control group of 79.17%, χ^2=6.095, P =0.014; patients with face and neck,limbs and trunk of the treatment effect is better; two groups of patients had no serious adverse reactions. Conclusion In the treatment of vitiligo, Tacrolimus Ointment combined with NB-UVB treatment can make the patients get better curative effect, it is worthy of popularization and application.
