人性化护理在泌尿外科护理中的应用分析

Analysis of the Application of Humanized Nursing in Department of Urology Nursing

目的分析人性化护理在泌尿外科中的临床治疗效果。方法从该院泌尿外科2014年1月—2015年12月收治的患者中,方便选取泌尿外科疾病患者80例为研究对象,将其随机分成对照组和观察组,每组40例。对对照组患者采用常规护理方法,并在此基础上对观察组患者增加人性化护理措施,比较两组患者的护理成效。结果通过比较,观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率(85.0%)明显优于对照组(62.5%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度(87.5%)明显高于对照组(62.5%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的心理改善情况也明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对泌尿外科疾病患者采用人性化化护理服务,有利于改善患者的生活质量,提升患者的护理满意度,缓解患者的心理障碍,还可以有效的提高患者的临床治疗有效率,增强临床治疗效果,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical therapeutic effect of humanized nursing in Department of urology. Methods From January 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital, 80 cases of patients in Department of urology were convenient selected as the research object, and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing methods, and on this basis, the observation group of patients with an increase of humane care measures, compared with the two groups of patients with nursing effectiveness. Results By comparison, observe the clinical treatment of patients with the total effective rate（85.0%） was significantly better than the control group（62.5%）, there was significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）; nursing satisfaction of the observation group（87.5%） was significantly higher than the control group（62.5%）, there was significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）; the observation group psychological improvement situation significantly better than the control group, there was significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of humanized nursing service in Department of urology patients, to improve the quality of life of patients, improve nursing satisfaction of patients, alleviate the patient＇s mental disorder, also can improve the clinical treatment of patients with effective efficiency, enhance the clinical curative effect,worth clinical promotion.
