团体心理危机干预在急诊科应用的效果分析

The Effect of Group Psychological Crisis Intervention in Emergency Department

目的探讨团体心理危机干预在急诊科应用的效果。方法方便选取2013年5月—2016年6月该院急诊科患者及与事件密切相关人员202人,按照随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组各101人,观察组采用团体心理危机干预,对照组采用常规心理干预,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对两组参与者干预前后的心理状态进行评价。结果观察组干预后躯体化评分为(1.76±0.51)分,抑郁评分为(2.11±0.57)分,焦虑评分为(2.04±0.53)分,恐怖评分为(1.74±0.42)分,对照组分别为(2.06±0.54)分、(2.60±0.55)分、(2.41±0.56)分、(2.07±0.43)分,观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论实施及时有效的团体心理危机干预能够显著降低急诊科患者及家属的不良心理反应,避免急性心理应激障碍的发生。

Objective To explore the effect of group psychological crisis intervention in emergency department. Methods Emergency department patients in our hospital and closely related personnel events 202 people from May 2013 to June2016 were convenient selected, randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each of 101 cases, the observation group used by group psychological crisis intervention, the control group used conventional psychological intervention, used the symptom checklist（SCL-90） to evaluate before and after two groups of participants mental state intervention. Results The observation group after the intervention of somatization score was（1.76±0.51）points, depression score was（2.11±0.57）points, anxiety score was（2.04±0.53）points, terror score was（1.74±0.42）points, the control group respectively was（2.06 ±0.54）points,（2.60±0.55）points,（2.41±0.56）points,（2.07±0.43）points, the observation group was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of timely and effective group psychological crisis intervention can significantly reduce the adverse psychological reaction of emergency department patients and their families, and avoid the occurrence of acute psychological stress disorder.
