正天胶囊治疗偏头痛缓解期的疗效探讨

Discussion on the Therapeutic Effect of the Capsule in the Remission Phase of Migraine

目的探讨在偏头痛缓解期治疗中,正天胶囊与西比灵临床效果比较。方法自该院2015年1月—2016年6月接诊偏头痛缓解期患者中方便选取64例,按照随机数字排列法将其分为两组,其中对照组32例行西比灵,3次/d,2粒/次(5 mg/粒);观察组32例行正天胶囊,3次/d,2粒/次(0.45 g/粒),两组治疗12周,观测治疗前后患者头痛程度、发病频率与临床治疗效果。结果治疗后,对照组疼痛程度为(5.91±2.16),发病频率为(6.01±2.36);观察组疼痛程度为(4.62±2.19),发病频率为(4.15±2.19);疼痛程度与发病频率对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗总有效率为59.38%,观察组治疗总有效率为90.63%(P<0.05)。结论在偏头痛缓解期治疗中,正天胶囊在疼痛程度改善、发作频率控制上效果显著,且治疗效果确切,故值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Zhengtian capsule and sibelium in the treatment of migraine relief.Methods Self hospital in January 2015 to June 2016 accepts to convenient select 64 cases of patients with migraine renission, according to the random number arrangement will be divided into two groups, the control group of 32 cases of Sibeline,3 times daily, 2 capsules each time（5 mg/grain）; observation group 32 routine Zhengtian capsules, 3 times daily, 2 capsules each time（0.45 g/grain）, two groups were treated for 12 weeks, observed before and after treatment in patients with headache degree, the incidence and clinical therapeutic effect. Results After treatment, the pain degree in the control group was（5.91 ± 2.16）, the frequency of the disease was（6.01 ± 2.36）, the pain degree in the observation group was（4.62 ±2.19）, the incidence frequency was（4.15 ± 2.19）（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate in the control group was 59.38%, and the total effective rate in the observation group was 90.63%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Zhengtian Capsule is effective in relieving pain and relieving seizure frequency in the treatment of migraine relief, and it is worthy of promotion.
