摘要
目的对飞利浦256i CT在体部大动脉不同检查方法的应用效果进行分析。方法方便选择2015年12月—2016年8月间,该院收治的接受256i CT冠状动脉、主动脉、肺动脉全段一站式成像检查的56例临床患者作为研究对象,将其按照检查方法分成前瞻性心电门控组和回顾性心电门控组,经飞利浦256i CT对受试者展开扫描,对两组患者的3种血管图像质量、辐射剂量等进行对比分析。结果统计发现,前瞻性心电门控组冠状动脉扫描节段共计332段,回顾性心电门控组冠状动脉扫描节段共计328段;肺动脉、主动脉血管分级结果分别为28,可见3种大血管图像质量两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),前瞻性心电门控组平均辐射剂量较回顾性心电门控组发生显著降低(P<0.05)。结论飞利浦256i CT前瞻性心电门控技术在体部大动脉扫描中优势明显,可以获得满足临床需求的图像质量,并且能够有效降低辐射剂量,值得关注并推广。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of Philips 256iCT in the treatment of aorta of the body, and to provide valuable reference information for future cl inical diagnosis. Methods Convenient from December 2015 to August 2016, 56 pat ients with coronary artery, aorta and pulmonary ar ter ies underwent one- stop imaging of 256iCT. The pat ients were divid-ed into two groups according to the examination method: prospective ECG-gated group and retrospective ECG-gated group. The subjects were scanned by Philips 256iCT. The image quality and radiat ion dose were compared between the two groups. Results A total of 332 segments of the coronary arteries were prosp ectively analyzed in the prospective ECG-gated group and 328 segments in the retrospective ECG-gated coronary angiography group. Pulmonary and aortic vascular gradings were 28 and three There was no signif icant difference between the two groups (P〉0.05). The average radiation dose in prospective ECG-gated group was significantly lower than that in retrospective ECG-gated group (P〈0.05) .Conclusion Philips 256iCT prospective ECG gating technique has obvious advantage in aorta scan. It can obtain the image quality which can meet the cl inical needs, and can effectively reduce the radiat ion dose, which is worthy of attention and popularization.
