品管圈活动在预防老年患者跌倒中的应用

Quality control circle activities in prevention of fall risk in elderly patients

目的探讨品管圈活动在预防老年患者跌倒发生中的应用效果。方法 2015年12月—2016年4月老年患者136例设为对照组。成立品管圈,将2016年5月—2016年9月收治的老年患者136例为观察组。分析老年患者跌倒原因,采用住院患者预防跌倒风险评估表,根据风险级别采取相应的护理干预措施。结果观察组跌倒发生率低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。预防跌倒目标达成率131.90%,进步率83.45%。观察组护理满意度98.53%(134/136),高于对照组的82.35%(112/136),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动可有效降低老年患者跌倒发生率,是一种有效的安全管理手段。

Objective To investigate the quality control circle （QCC） activities in preven-tion of fall risk in elderly patients. Methods A total of 136 elderly patients were selected as the con-trol group between December 2015 and April 2016. The QCC group was set up and another 136 elderly patients were included as the observation group May 2016 and September 2016. the potential fall risk in elderly patients were analyzed and the corresponding nursing interventions were carried out according to the level of risk. Results There was no significant difference in incidence of fall between two groups （P 〉0. 05 ） . The achieving rate of fall risk prevention was 131.9 0 % and the progress rate was 83. 45%. The nursing satisfaction rate was 98. 5 3 % （134/136） in the observation group and was 82. 35% （112/136） in the control group, with a significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion QCC activity is an effectively way to reduce the fall risk of elderly patients.
