腹腔镜胆囊切除术应用中西医结合护理的效果观察

Clinical effects of nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy

目的探讨中西医结合护理干预在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用效果。方法 88例行腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各44例。对照采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用中西医结合护理干预。评价2组护理满意度,记录2组并发症情况、首次进食时间、排气时间、下床活动时间和住院时间。结果观察组护理满意度97.73%(43/44),高于对照组的81.82%(36/44),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率2.27%(1/44),低于对照组的18.18%(8/44),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组首次进食时间、排气时间、下床活动时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术中开展中西医结合护理护理效果更为有效,值得借鉴。

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods A total of 88 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 44 cases in each group. Both two groups received routine nursing care, and the nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine was performed in the observation group. The satis-faction of patients to nursing service was evaluated by self-made questionnaires. The incidence of com-plications, time for dieting, time for anal exhaust, time for ambulation and length of stay were com-pared between two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction rate was 97. 7 3 % （43/44） in the obser-vation group and was 81.8 2 % （36/44） in the control group, with a significant difference （P 〈0. 05）. the incidence of complications was 2.21% （1/44） in the observation group and was 18. 18% （8/44） in the control group, with a significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Patients in the observation group had early time for dieting, early time for anal exhaust, early time for ambulation and shorter length of stay com-pared with those in the control group, with significant difference （P 〈0. 05） . Conclusion It is effec-tive to carry out nursing measures of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
