减压贴在预防无创呼吸机使用中面部压疮中的效果观察

Effects of pressure-lowering pads in prevention of facial skin pressure sores in patients using noninvasive ventilator

目的探讨减压贴预防无创呼吸机使用中面部压疮发生的效果。方法选取行无创呼吸机辅助通气并使用鼻面罩的患者64例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各32例。观察组应用减压贴预防压疮,对照组采用普通纱布对患者面部皮肤进行保护。观察2组患者面部压疮发生情况。结果观察组发生I期压疮1例,压疮发生率为3.12%(1/32);对照组发生I期压疮3例,II期压疮4例,压疮发生率为21.88%(7/32);2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论减压贴可有效保护行无创呼吸机辅助通气患者面部皮肤,降低压疮发生风险,提高患者耐受性。

Objective To investigate the effect of pressure-lowering pads in prevention of fa-cial skin pressure sores in patients using noninvasive ventilator. Methods A total of 64 patients using noninvasive ventilation by nasal-face mask were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 32 cases in each group. The pressure-lowering pad for facial skin protection was used in the observation group and the common gauze was used in the control group. The incidence and severity of facial skin pressure sores were observed and compared between two groups. Results The overall rate of pressure sores was 3. 12% （1 case of grade I pressure sores） in the observation group and was 21.88% （7/32） （3 cases of grade I pressure sores and 4 cases of grade II pressure sores） , with a significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion Application of pressure-lowering pads can reduce the risk of facial skin pressure sores and improve the tolerance in patients using noninvasive ventilator.
