Analysis on preoperative anxiety in patients with spinal surgery and related nursing measures

目的探讨脊柱手术患者术前焦虑状况及护理干预方法。方法收集106脊柱手术患者的临床资料,记录患者性别、年龄、文化程度及术前焦虑情况。结果对疾病和脊柱手术知识不了解的患者以及学历较低的患者明显存在焦虑症状。结论脊柱手术患者焦虑程度与文化程度和对疾病的认知有关,在护理过程中需加强知识宣教,提高患者认知,以改善患者焦虑情绪。

Objective To analyze the preoperative anxiety status in patients with spinal sur-gery and to summarize related nursing measures. Methods To retrospectively collect the clinical data of 106 patients undergoing spinal surgery. To analyze the baseline information included gender, age, education level and preoperative anxiety status. Results Patients who were less awareness of disease knowledge and less educated were observed with anxiety symptoms. Conclusion The knowledge level and education level may affect the anxiety status o of patients with spinal surgery. It is required to en-hance the health education, in order to improve the disease awareness and relieve the anxiety emotion of patients.
