降低头颈部肿瘤患者一次性钢针使用率的品管圈实践

Application of quality control cycle in reducing the usage of disposable steel needles in patients with head and neck cancer

目的探讨品管圈活动对降低头颈部肿瘤患者一次性钢针使用率的效果。方法通过开展品管圈活动,分析科室内头颈部肿瘤患者一次性钢针使用率高的原因,找出主要原因并进行整改。结果通过品管圈活动,一次性钢针使用率从实施品管圈活动前的51.5%降至实施后的23.4%。结论品管圈活动降低了头颈部肿瘤患者一次性钢针的使用率,减少反复穿刺带来的痛苦,对提升护理质量具有积极意义。

Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle activities on reducing the usage of disposable steel needles in patients with head and neck cancer. Methods To establish the activities of quality control circle and to analyze the cause of the high usage rate of disposable steel needles in patients with head and neck tumor. Countermeasures were carried out to reduce the usage of disposable steel needles in venous transfusion. Results The utilization rate of disposable needle de-creased from 51.5% before implementation of quality control cycle to 23. 4% after implementation. Conclusion The use of quality control circle can reduce the use rate of disposable steel needles in pa-tients with head and neck cancer, and reduce pain caused by repeated puncture.
