大学生体育学习倦怠影响锻炼行为的实证研究 被引量:6

摘要 以计划行为理论为构架分析了体育学习倦怠与意图、行为控制认知和锻炼行为的关系。516名大学生完成了态度、主观规范、行为控制认知、行为意图、体育学习倦怠和锻炼行为量表的测量。结构方程模型分析结果显示:1)基于计划行为理论的大学生体育锻炼行为模式整体适配度良好。2)行为意图、行为控制认知均能有效预测大学生的锻炼行为,然知觉行为控制无须透过行为意图,具有直接影响锻炼行为的效果;3)从各变量对锻炼行为的影响总效应量来看,行为控制感最大,态度最小;4)体育学习倦怠对锻炼行为呈显著负相关,但对行为意图没有直接的关系。 Based on the theory of planned behavior for the framework of physical relationship between learning burnout and intention,perceived behavioral control and exercise behavior. 516 college students completed the attitude,subjective norm,perceived behavioral control,behavior intention,physical education learning burnout and exercise behavior scale measurement.Structural equation model analysis showed that: 1) Students Physical Exercise Behavior- based theory of planned behavior model a good fit to the overall. 2) Behavioral intentions,behavior control of cognitive exercise can effectively predict the behavior of college students,then perceived behavioral control without resorting to behavioral intentions,have a direct impact on the effect of exercise behavior; 3) From the total effect of the variables on the exercise behavior level,perceived behavioral control maximum,minimum attitude 4) Physical learning Burnout of exercise behavior was a significant negative correlation,but There is no direct relationship between behavioral intention.
