摘要
采用文献资、问卷调查、教育教学实验等研究方法,结合音乐院校专业特点构建了基于柔美教学与NTC相结合的体育教学模式。研究结果表明:柔美教学与NTC集合教学模式下的学生身体素质提升效果优于传统教学模式下的学生;实验组学生体育课参与意愿强于对照组学生;实验组学生对于运动损伤影响专业发展的担忧低于对照组。得出结论:柔美教学与NTC结合教学模式可以有效提升学生身体素质水平,促进音乐院校学生身体素质与专业素养的协同发展;减少学生对于运动伤害影响专业发展的担忧,促进音乐院校体育教学与学生专业的协同发展。
Using the methods of documentary,questionnaire,teaching experiment,the author constructed a soft teaching combined with NTC teaching mode based on Characteristics of music major. Research results show that: Students’ physical quality improvement under the soft teaching combined with NTC teaching mode is better than the traditional teaching mode. The experimental group students’ willingness to participate in P. E were better than the students in the control group. The students in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group for the professional development of sports injury. Draw the conclusion as follows: Soft teaching combined with NTC teaching mode can effectively improve the students’ physical qualities,and promote the coordinated development of students’ physical quality and professional quality. Soft teaching combined with NTC teaching mode can reduce the students for the professional development of sports injury concerns,and promote coordinated development of sports teaching and students’ professional music institutions.
