锂离子充放电平衡系统PI算法的应用研究

摘要 针对传统的锂离子充放电平衡系统存在效果不理想的问题,提出PI算法对锂离子充放电平衡系统进行改进。以STC12C5A60S2为主控核心,由系统供电电路、BUCK电路、控制电路、显示电路、保护电路、充电方式选择电路组成。利用PI算法控制充电过程中电流动态平衡,对软件进行设计,实现对锂离子充放电控制基本功能。实验对比分析可知,改进的系统可靠性好,实用性强,可作为各种小型电子设备的充放电装置。 According to traditional lithium ion charge and discharge balance system has been the effect is not ideal, the PI algorithm is proposed to improve the lithium ion charging and discharging balance system. STC12C5A60S2 as control center by the system power supply circuit,buck circuit,a control circuit,a display circuit,protection circuit,the charging mode circuit were selected. Using PI algorithm to control the current dynamic balance of the charging process,the software was designed,to achieve the basic functions of lithium ion charging and discharging control. Experimental results show that the improved system has good reliability and practicability,and can be used as charging and discharging device for all kinds of small electronic devices.
