急刹车情况下汽车防抱死制动性能影响因子分析 被引量:4

摘要 采用传统方法对急刹车情况下汽车防抱死制动性能进行研究时,通常将车轮转速作为影响因子确定车轮转速阈值,效率不高。提出一种新的汽车防抱死制动性能影响因子,通过对制动器摩擦力矩所需的力、地面制动力、地面附着力等进行分析,完成急刹车情况下汽车防抱死制动过程中受力分析。通过对急刹车情况下汽车防抱死制动过程中车轮滑动程度、滑移率和轮胎侧偏角等进行分析,完成汽车防抱死制动性能影响因子分析过程。依据汽车横向稳定性、控制误差、轮胎特性变化,以及车辆运动状态和路面条件等,对汽车防抱死制动过程中滑移率和轮胎侧偏角之间的关系进行描述,实现滑移率的实时控制,保证制动过程中的附着力,提高汽车防抱死制动性能。实验结果表明,依据实际情况实时改变滑移率,保证高附着系数,对汽车防抱死制动性能有积极的影响。 Adopt traditional method study of automobile anti-lock braking performance on the brakes,usually the wheel rotation speed as impact factors determine the wheel speed threshold,the efficiency is not high. A new automobile anti-lock braking performance influence factor was put forward,through to the brake friction torque required braking force,ground,ground adhesion is analyzed,such as complete halt cases in the process of automobile anti-lock braking force analysis. Through the brakes cases in the process of automobile anti-lock braking wheel slip,slip rate and the tire side-slip angle analysis,such as complete automotive anti-lock braking performance impact factor analysis. Based on features of vehicle lateral stability,error control,tire changes,as well as vehicle motion state and road surface conditions,etc.,in the process of automobile anti-lock braking slip rate and the relationship between the tire side-slip angle,the real-time control of slip rate guarantee in the process of braking adhesion was realized,improved automobile anti-lock braking performance. The experimental results show that the real-time change sliding rate according to the actual situation,to ensure high adhesion coefficient,have a positive impact on automobile anti-lock braking performance.
