摘要
学校自我诊断是由学校自身发起的一种通过分析学生发展状况、师生学校生活质量,来发现学校现存问题及提供可能改进策略的"元评估"过程,其根本目的在于为学校决策提供有效的信息,从根本上促进学生的全面发展、提升师生的校园生活幸福感。经过多年研究与实践的积累,本课题组总结出了适用于我国中小学的学校自我诊断指标体系,即围绕"学生发展"这一个中心,对中小学校"同伴、教师、教学、课程、资源、组织与领导、文化、安全、家校联系"九个要素进行诊断。同时,为了让自我诊断深入学校的管理过程,本课题组还设计了基础诊断、专项诊断和定制诊断,分别对应学校的不同需求。
School self-diagnosis based on students' development provides information for school's decision-making and helps school to make effective improvement by using scientific evaluation indicators and periodic data collection and analysis for promoting the development of students fundamentally.After years of research and practice,we summarize a set of indicators suiting to primary and secondary schools in China,which contains one center (student development) and nine factors (peer, teacher, teaching, curriculum, resource, management, culture,safety and family-school connection). Meanwhile,in order to go into school management process deeply, we design three different kinds of projects which are called basic diagnosis, special diagnosis and customized diagnosis to meet schools' different demands respectively.
