摘要
针对房建施工过程中木质模板用量预算不准确以及因缺少精细化管理模板的方法,造成施工过程中模板管理粗放,浪费严重,施工成本增加的问题,提出基于建筑信息模型(BIM)技术计算模板用量及管理的方法.该方法根据结构施工图纸和施工方案创建BIM模型,结合施工规范计算模板的用量.该方法在计算模板用量的同时,生成了模板的用量报表、模板加工图纸和施工图纸,施工企业根据用量报表采购模板材料,根据加工图纸集中加工模板,根据施工图纸管理工人施工,可以有效地减少模板加工过程中的浪费,提高施工速度和质量,最终降低施工成本.在山西农业大学综合实验大楼项目中,对提出的方法进行应用.结果表明,该方法计算模板的用量精确,按照该方法生成的图纸进行加工和施工能够有效地减少模板的浪费,降低模板的用量,节约施工成本.
A building information model(BIM)-based method of calculating and managing the wooden template was proposed in order to address the problems of extensive management and heavy waste of template and the incensement of construction cost during housing construction resulting from budgetary inaccuracy of ligneous template usage and a lack of comprehensive or high-level management.BIM model was constructed according to construction drawings and project.Then the usage of template was calculated based on job specification.The proposed method can compute the usage of template,and simultaneously produce the dosage report,processing drawings and construction drawings of template which were utilized to assist construction enterprises in purchasing template and centralizing the processing of the required template and managing construction respectively.The method can efficiently reduce the material waste in the process,improve the speed and the quality of the construction and thus lower construction costs.The method was successfully applied in a comprehensive and experimental building project at Shanxi Agricultural University,which validated the accuracy of the proposed method in computing the amount of the template.Construction process that is in compliance with the generated drawings can reduce the usage and waste of template,and save construction costs.
