微细粒含砷难处理金矿石提金工艺研究 被引量:12

摘要 针对某微细粒含砷难处理金矿石性质,进行了金回收工艺试验研究。矿石中金品位4.14 g/t,砷品位1.80%,金属矿物以赤褐铁矿、毒砂为主。矿石中金的粒度较细,以显微金为主,约占矿石中金的66.67%。通过对单一浮选、浮选—氰化浸出、全泥氰化浸出等工艺流程进行探索试验表明:采用浮选—氰化浸出流程处理该矿石,金总回收率达84.82%,但金精矿中砷含量超标,可采用冶金方法进行后续金精矿降砷试验;采用原矿全泥氰化浸出流程,金回收率73.61%,浸渣中砷质量分数1.71%左右,指标相对较好。 The paper carried out experimental research on gold recovery process according to the property of one refractory arsenic-containing micro-fine gold ore.The gold grade of the ore is 4.14 g/t,arsenic grade is 1.80 %,and the main minerals are hematite,limonite and arsenopyrite.Gold is deposited in fine grains,mainly taking the form of microscopic gold that takes up 66.67 % of the entire gold grains in ores.Experiments that have explored single flotation,flotation-cyanidation,all-sliming cyanidation and such processes show that flotation-cyanidation process can obtain a total gold recovery rate of 84.82 % but excessive amount of arsenic in gold concentrates as well,which,however,can be subjected to metallurgic tests to reduce arsenic;all-sliming cyanidation can obtain a gold recovery of 73.61 % with arsenic grade of 1.71 % in leaching slags,which is good index.
