摘要
飞云江五桥主桥采用H形截面吊杆,其吊杆空气动力学性能较差,容易引起风致振动。为避免风致振动导致吊杆疲劳破坏,影响结构及运营安全,为其设计并安装了新型摆式调谐质量阻尼器(PTMD),采用电涡流耗能提供阻尼力。阻尼器参数设计时,采用目标函数以吊杆抑振效果为主,同时兼顾阻尼器位移响应的优化算法,避免阻尼器构件疲劳损坏,影响长期减振效果。测试结果表明,该新型PTMD用于抑制吊杆的风致振动效果明显,同时能够为吊杆提供长期有效的减振保障。
The main bridge of Feiyunjiang River Five Bridge adopts H-section hanger,which the aerodynamic performance is poor,and is easy to cause wind-induced vibration.In order to avoid the impact of the hangers vibration on bridge structural and operational safety,a new type of pendulum tuned mass damper(PTMD)is designed and equipped for the hangers,and it is employing the eddy current damping.In the design of the damper parameters,the optimization algorithm,which takes the vibration suppression effect of hangers and the displacement response of the damper into consideration in the objective function,is adopted to avoid the fatigue damage of damper components and the impact of long-term damping effect.The test results show that the new type of PTMD is effective for suppressing the wind-induced vibration of the hangers and can provide long-term effective damping protection for the hangers.
