布地奈德联合孟鲁司特对支气管哮喘的疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Budesonide united with Montelukast in Patients with Bronchial Asthma

目的:观察布地奈德联合孟鲁司特用于治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法:选取收治的80例支气管哮喘患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将所有患者均分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组患者在常规治疗基础上给予布地奈德吸入治疗。观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上给予孟鲁斯特治疗。比较两组患者治疗总有效率和肺功能改善状况。结果:对照组和观察组的总有效率分别为70%和92.5%,观察组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的症状缓解时间和肺功能改善程度均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:布地奈德联合孟鲁司特用于治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效显著,两者具有协同作用。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of budesonide united with montelukast in patients with bronchial asthma. Method 80 patients with bronchial asthma were selected as research object,they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group. The control group were added the usage of budesonide on the basis of conventional treatment,while observation group was given budesonide and montelukast treatment. Efficacy were compared between two groups. Results The observation group efficiency（ 92. 5%） was significantly higher than that in control group（ 70%）,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. In the observation group the degree of symptom remission time and lung function improved significantly,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The treatment combined with budesonide and montelukast could significantly improve the clinical efficacy,has synergistic effect.
