摘要 目的:分析骨质疏松以及骨转移瘤致椎体压缩性骨折患者MRI的鉴别。方法:选取行MRI鉴别的45例脊椎转移瘤与45例骨质疏松致使椎体压缩性骨折的患者,对比分析两种患者鉴别情况。结果:经MRI诊断以后,45例骨质疏松患者中主要是前角突出、后缘突出以及后角突出;45例转移瘤患者中主要是后缘膨隆与前缘膨隆。结论:通过MRI鉴别骨质疏松与骨转移瘤所致椎体压缩骨折,可以清楚显示患者病情特点,使术者充分掌握患者病情,提高患者临床治疗效果,该诊断技术具有临床应用的价值。 Objective To analysis of osteoporosis and bone metastases of MRI in the identification of patients with vertebral compression fractures. Method 45 patients with vertebral metastases and 45 patients with vertebral compression fractures who were identified by MRI were selected,comparative analysis of two kinds of patient identification. Results The MRI diagnosis,mainly in 45 patients with osteoporosis after anterior Angle prominent,trailing edge and Angle was outstanding; Mainly in 45 patients with metastatic tumor of peng of the trailing edge and leading edge of peng. Conclusion Differential diagnosis of vertebral compression fractures cause by osteoporosis and bone metastases by MRI,which can clearly show characteristics of patients,patients enable performer,improve the effect of clinical treatment,the diagnostic technique has the value of clinical application.
