氨茶碱缓释片对冠状动脉造影术后患者肾功能保护作用的临床研究

Study on the Beneficial Effects of Aminophylline Tablets on the Renal Function of Patients after Angiography of Coronary Artery

目的:观察分析氨茶碱缓释片对行冠状动脉造影术后患者的肾功能的保护作用。方法:选取收治的50例行冠状动脉造影术的冠心病患者为研究对象,所有患者随机均分为对照组(n=25)和观察组(n=25)。对照组给予静脉注射生理盐水,观察组给予氨茶碱缓释片进行治疗。比较两组患者的血清肌酐(Scr)和肾小球滤过率(GFR)。结果:治疗后,观察组患者血清肌酐在术后第48 h显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组的肾小球滤过率在术后第24 h、48 h和72h时均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:氨茶碱缓释片对冠状动脉造影术后患者的肾功能具有保护作用,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To study the beneficial effects of aminophylline tablets on the renal function of patients after angiography of coronary artery. Method 50 patients were randomly divided into control group（ n = 25） and observation group（ n = 25）.The control group was given intravenous injection while observation group was given aminophylline tablets. The level of Scr and GFR were compared between two groups. Results The levels of Scr in observation were significantly lower than control group in48 h after operation,the difference was statistically siginificant（ P〈0. 05）,the level of GFR was significantly higher than control group in 24 h,48 h and 72 h after operation,the difference was statistically siginificant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Aminophylline tablets has the protective effect on renal damage and it has clinical value.
