结膜瓣覆盖术治疗角膜溃疡穿孔的疗效观察

Efficacy of conjunctival flap for treatment of corneal ulcer perforation

目的:探讨结膜瓣覆盖术治疗角膜溃疡穿孔的疗效。方法:对26例眼不同病因导致的角膜溃疡穿孔行结膜瓣覆盖术。观察术前溃疡穿孔情况术后角膜愈合情况、前房深度及出现的各种并发症。结果:26例26眼全部愈合,未发生结膜瓣融解等。22例前房恢复正常,4例前房偏浅伴虹膜粘连,未出现继发性青光眼。结论:基层医院或缺乏角膜移植材料时,对穿孔性角膜溃疡行结膜瓣覆盖术是一种安全、有效的治疗方法。

Objective To study the clinical effect of conjunctival flap for treatment of corneal ulcer. Method 26 cases with perforated corneal ulcer were treated,after operation,the healing of corneal ulcer,anterior chamber formation and complication such as glaucoma were observed. Results Postoperatively,the corneal ulcer in 26 cases（ 26 eyes） were cured,No conjunctiva flap were desquamated,anterior chamber were formed in 22 cases,Iris adhesion was found in 4 cases,glaucoma wan not encountered. Conclusion Conjunctival flap corering is a kind of effective and practical method in treatment of perforated corneal ulcer in case of absence of corneal donor and it can be appled in primary hospital.
