喜炎平治疗轮状病毒性肠炎50例临床疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:评价喜炎平注射液治疗轮状病毒性肠炎的临床疗效,为临床提供用药依据。方法:选取诊断为轮状病毒性肠炎的患儿100例,随机分为两组,对照组50例,治疗组50例。对照组使用病毒唑注射液静脉滴注,10 mg/(kg·d);治疗组使用喜炎平注射液静脉滴注,10 mg/(kg·d)。对两组临床疗效进行比较,并观察两组的药物不良反应。结果:两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组临床症状缓解、住院天数、总有效率优于对照组。结论:喜炎平注射液治疗轮状病毒性肠炎有助于提高临床疗效,有利于缩短病程及住院时间。
