This paper will summarizes the connotation of the fourth party cold chain logistics in a new view, and then analyze the three characteristics of its good at big data development, supply chain reengineering, low cost and high efficiency. And induce three development models which is the collaborative operation of radial cold chain network, seamless cold chain, and Integrated Alliance Service. Finally summarized the five effective ways for the fourth party cold chain logistics development.
