"互联网+"时代对民营快递企业既是机遇也是挑战,文中揭示民营快递企业的发展现状及存在的问题,结合精益管理思想对快递服务流程的优化提出具体的改进方案:树立精益服务观念和精益服务意识;实施准点制;强化信息管理;优化配送管理;健全投诉反馈机制。
The era of “ Internet + is both opportunity and challenge for private courier enterprises. This article describes the present situation and reveals the existing problems on the development of private Courier enterprises, and puts forward specific improvement scheme to the optimization of service process with the thoughts of lean management. This article suggests to set up the lean service notion and consciousness, implement “ Just in time” system, strengthen information management, optimize distribution management.
