摘要
文中采用灰色关联度分析法对运用SLP方法设计出的两种工厂总布局进行评价。设施规划分析是一个多制约因素、多目标问题,物流因素与非物流因素对其都有十分重要的影响,需要同时考虑成本费用和生产效率,并且还要满足其他相关目标。所以文中采用灰色关联度分析方法对总布局图的两个方案进行分析,并选取出最合理的方案。
The grey connection analysismethod is used to evaluate the to two layouts of factory designed by using SLP method. Because facility planning analysis is a multi - constraint and multi - objective problem,both logistics and non - logistics factors have important influence on it. It needs to consider cost and production efficiency as well as other related objectives. Finally,this paper adopts the grey connection analysis method to analyze the two schemes of the layout chart,and select the most reasonable plan.
