随着信息时代不断的发展,军事变革由现代战争向一体化战争进行转变,后勤物资对一体化作战有着极为重要的影响。对于现代战争而言,它需要各种各样以及多元化的物资,同时还需要定位精准化的保障模式。文中对供应商管理库存进行了阐述,对当前物资配送的方式进行了分析;在这基础之上提出了一种以物资配送为中心的物流配送模式,很好的规划了物流信息系统的运作流程;并对系统相关技术支持进行了介绍。
