摘要
近年来,我国小区对外开放问题越来越引起人们的关注。文中首先选取了成都市三个开放式小区为研究目标并获取其开放前后周边道路车辆通行的数据;然后分析了小区开放前后道路通行能力的变化;接着选取周边道路车辆的延误时间、排队长度和饱和度为评价指标,对这三个指标使用模糊数学建立综合评价模型;最后通过比较目标小区开放前后周边道路通行能力和综合评价模型结果的变化来评价小区开放后对周边交通的影响。
In recent years,more and more people pay attention to the problem of open community in our country. In this paper,we first selected the three open community of Chengdu as the research objective and get the data of the road vehicles on the road before and after the opening. Then, the changes of road traffic capacity before and after the opening of the residential area were analyzed. After that,the delay time,queue length and saturation of the surrounding road vehicles are selected as evaluation indexes,and the comprehensive evaluation model is established by using fuzzy mathematics for the three indexes. Finally, by comparing the changes of the road traffic capacity and the comprehensive evaluation model before and after the opening of the target area,the influence of the opening on the surrounding traffic is evaluated.
