物流业的蓬勃发展和全球化趋势,使得具有国际化视野的实战型物流人才存在巨大需求,中国本科高校的物流教育改革迫在眉睫。美国作为现代物流的发源地,在物流教育领域处于领先地位,其理论教学的严谨宽泛和实践教学的求真务实都值得中国高校借鉴和学习。中国高校可以通过建设国际化的理论课程教学平台、综合型的校内实验教学平台、多层次的校企联合培养机制、多样化的职业训练实战体系和多导师制的应用人才培养制度,来构建多层次的国际化实战型物流人才培养体系。

The vigorous development and globalization of logistics industry make a huge demand for practical logistics talent with international view. The reform of logistics education in Chinese undergraduate colleges is urgent. The United States is the birthplace of modern logistics and in a leading position in the field of logistics education. Its rigorous and broad theoretical teaching and its real istic and pragmatic practice teaching are worth learning in Chinese colleges. Chinese colleges can build a diversified international and practical logistics talent tra ining system by setting up an international theory course teaching platform , integrated practice teaching plat form , multi - level joint tra ining mechanism o f school and enterprise, diversified vocational training system and multitu torial system for appl ication oriented talent training.
