摘要
文中针对地方性普通高校应用型物流管理人才培养与产业需求脱节的现实矛盾,从物流管理专业的发展与特点入手,剖析了普通高校应用型物流管理专业特点,社会对应用型物流管理专业人才的要求以及对教师的素质要求,进而对应用型物流管理专业"双师型"教师素质特征及素质提升策略进行深入探究,以期对应用型本科物流管理专业"双师型"教师队伍建设有所裨益。
There aresome confl ictsof the cultivat io n of applied logistics management personnel and the indu s trial demandsin national colleges. According to the development and characteristics of logistics management, the characteristics of applied logistics management specialty in national col leges,the social requirements of applied logistics management professionals and the requirements for teachers'"quality are analyzed. It exploresthe quality characteristics of “ double qualification” teachers in the appl ication oriented logistics managementspecialtyand itspromotion strategy, in order to benefit the construction of a double qual ification” teachersin the applied undergraduate logistics management major.
