摘要
介绍了人文关怀的相关概念和人文关怀在国内外老年护理中的实施现状,分析了我国在实施中存在的问题,并指出应对策略和建议,旨在改善我国人文关怀的实施效果,满足老年人的心理和精神需求,提高其生活质量。
It introduced the concept of humanistic care and the implementation status quo of humanistic care in elderly care at home and abroad,analyzed the existing problems in China,and pointed out the countermeasures and suggestions.It aimed to improve the implementation effects of humanistic care in China meet the psychological and spiritual needs of the elderly and improve their quality of life.
