隔附子饼灸和穴位敷贴对心肾阳虚型冠心病病人血脂及血清炎性细胞因子的影响

Influence of indirect monkshood moxibustion and acupoint application on lipid levels and serum inflammatory cytokines of patients with heart-kidney yang deficiency type of coronary heart disease

[目的]探讨隔附子饼灸和穴位敷贴对心肾阳虚型冠心病病人血脂及血清炎性因子水平的影响。[方法]将2015年6月—10月在湖南中医药大学第一附属医院老干科及心血管科住院的80例冠心病病人随机分为隔附子饼灸联合穴位敷贴组(A组)、隔附子饼灸组(B组)、穴位敷贴组(C组)及对照组,每组20例,疗程为4周。用酶联免疫吸附法和常规酶法等测定治疗前及治疗后4周血脂及血清炎性细胞因子水平的变化情况。[结果]治疗后每组病人血脂水平及血清炎性细胞因子水平均有改善;治疗后A组总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平优于对照组、B组、C组。治疗4周后,A组C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)低于B组、C组和对照组;血清脂联素(APN)水平高于B组、C组和对照组。[结论]采用隔附子饼灸联合穴位敷贴疗法可有效降低心肾阳虚型冠心病病人的血脂水平,同时能减轻病人的全身炎性反应程度。

Objective：To probe into the influence of indirect monkshood moxibustion and acupoint application on lipid levels and serum inflammatory cytokines of patients with heart-kidney yang deficiency type of coronary heart disease.Methods：A total of 80 patients with heart-kidney yang deficiency type of coronary heart disease were selected from June 2015 to October 2015 who hospitalized in the Department of veteran in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine.They were randomly divided into the indirect monkshood moxibustion＋acupoint group（group A）,the indirect monkshood moxibustion group（group B）,the acupoint application group（group C）and the control group,20 cases in each group,treatment for 4weeks.The changes of lipid level and serum inflammatory cytokines level in 4weeks before and after treatment were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay and routine enzymatic method.Results：After treatment,the lipid level and serum inflammatory cytokine level in all groups were improved.After treatment,the total cholesterol（TC）,triacylglycerol（TG）,low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）and high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C）in group A were all higher than those in control group,group B and group C.After 4weeks of treatment,C reactive protein（CRP）,tumor necrosis factor alpha（TNF-α）in group A were lower than those in the B group,the C group and the control group,serum adiponectin（APN）levels were higher than those in the B group,the C group and the control group.Conclusion：The indirect monkshood moxibustion and acupoint application therapy could effectively reduce the lipid level of patients with heart-kidney yang deficiency type of coronary heart disease,and could reduce the patients＇ systemic inflammatory response.
