摘要
为了高效利用苎麻资源,生产优质苎麻饲料,以苎麻为材料,配制复合青贮剂进行青贮试验,评价其发酵品质,研究复合青贮剂的青贮效果。设计添加复合青贮剂(处理)和不添加复合青贮剂(对照)2个处理,分别检测28 d、42 d和56 d的青贮品质。结果表明,对照组56 d时有很强的霉味,且茎叶腐烂发霉,评分为0,青贮失败;复合青贮剂组青贮品质较好,评分为16,青贮等级优良。与对照组相比,复合青贮剂组粗蛋白含量显著提高7.67%(P<0.05),中性洗涤纤维含量下降1.82%(P>0.05),酸性洗涤纤维含量下降1.53%(P>0.05)。综上,在苎麻中添加复合青贮剂可以提高青贮品质,改善其营养品质。
In order to improve the utilization of ramie, the silaging effect of ramie with compound silage additive was researched in this paper. The treatments were added compound silage additive(treatment) or not( control) . The qualities of silage ramie were detected on 28 d,42 d and 56 d. The results showed that mildew smell appeared after 56 d in control group. In addition, stem and leaf of control group were decayed. The score of silaging ramie was 0 in control group while 16 in treatment group. Compared with control group, the crude protein content of compound silage additive group increased by 7. 67% (P 〈 0. 05 ) , and the contents of NDF and ADF decreased by 1. 82% ( P 〉 0. 05 ) and 1.53%(P〉0.05), respectively. In conclusion, compound silage additive could improve the quality of silage ramie.
