吸痰体位对气管切开术后病人呼吸道管理影响的研究进展

Research progress on influence of sputum suction position on respiratory management of patients after tracheotomy

综述了气管切开术后病人采取不同吸痰体位,如半卧位、侧卧位、侧卧旋转体位吸痰对吸痰效果和呼吸道并发症的影响状况,以便能根据病人病情选择合适的体位进行呼吸道管理。

It reviewed the patients after tracheotomy taking different sputum suction positions such as semi-supine,lateral position and lateral rotation position for affecting the sputum suction effect and respiratory complications,so as to select the appropriate position for the respiratory management according to patient＇s condition.
