摘要
[目的]了解盐城市社区护士离职倾向及其影响因素。[方法]采用离职倾向量表和自行编制的社区护士工作满意度量表对盐城市9个县市区86个社区卫生服务中心(站)587名护士进行调查。[结果]盐城市社区护士离职倾向总均分为2.67分±0.03分。不同年龄、岗位性质、月收入、从事社区卫生服务时间的社区护士离职倾向得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。社区护士工作满意度与离职倾向呈负相关(P<0.05),领导与管理、报酬与福利、家庭/工作平衡、年龄、从事社区卫生服务的时间、工作本身、人际关系、工作环境、岗位性质是导致社区护士产生离职倾向的主要因素。[结论]盐城市社区护士离职倾向水平较低,但应提高社区护士的工作满意度,有助于降低护士离职倾向,稳定社区护理队伍。
Objective:To probe into the turnover intention of community nurses and influencing factors in Yancheng city.Methods:A total of 587 nurses in 86 community health service centers(stations)in 9 counties of Yancheng city were investigated with turnover intention scale and self compiled community nurses job satisfaction scale.Results:The total score of turnover intention of community nurses in Yancheng city was 2.67±0.03.There were statistically significant differences in turnover intention score among community nurses with different ages,post nature,monthly income and community health service time(P0.05).There was negatively correlated between job satisfaction and turnover intention of community nurses(P0.05),The main factors affecting the community nurses' turnover intention included leadership and management,remuneration and welfare,balance between family and work,age,engaged in community health service time and,the job itself,interpersonal relationship,work environment and job nature.Conclusion:The turnover tendency of community nurses in Yancheng city was low,howerer,the job satisfaction of community nurses should be improved,help to reduce,the turnover intention of nurses and stable community nursing team.
