抑郁及日常生活活动能力对社区老年人认知功能的影响

Influence of depression and activities of daily living on cognitive function of community elderly people

[目的]了解社区老年人认知功能、日常生活活动能力及抑郁情况,探讨社区老年人的抑郁情绪、日常生活活动能力对老年人认知功能的影响。[方法]应用简易精神状态检查量表、日常生活活动能力量表、老年抑郁量表对杭州市某社区595名老年人进行调查。[结果]18.0%老年人存在认知功能损害,65.2%社区老年人存在抑郁情绪,8.7%老年人出现日常生活活动能力下降。社区老年人抑郁情绪、日常生活活动能力、年龄及受教育水平与认知功能存在相关性。抑郁情绪和日常生活活动能力对老年人认知功能存在直接效应;受教育水平对认知功能产生间接效应,年龄对认知功能产生直接和间接效应。[结论]老年人心理健康水平和日常生活活动能力是影响老年人认知功能减退的重要因素。

Objective：To know about the cognitive function,activities of daily living and depression of the elderly in community,and to explore the influence of depression and activities of daily living on the cognitive function of the elderly.Methods：A total of 595 elderly people in a community in Hangzhou were investigated with Mini Mental State Examination,Activity of Daily Living,Geriatric Depression Scale.Results：There were 18.0% of the elderly having cognitive impairment,65.2% of them in the community were depressed,and the ability of daily living decreased in the 8.7% elderly people.The depression,activities of daily living,age,education level were correlated with cognitive function of elderly people in community.Depression and activities of daily living had direct effect on cognitive function of the elderly,and the level of education had indirect effect on cognitive function,and the age had direct and indirect effects on cognitive function.Conclusion：The level of mental health and activities of daily living were important factors affecting cognitive impairment in the elderly.
