不同生源护理专业学位硕士研究生临床实践现状 被引量:13

Status quo of clinical practice of graduate students in master of nursing professional degree from different student sources

摘要 [目的]探讨不同生源护理专业学位硕士研究生临床实践中专业能力、临床实践环境以及临床实践压力源情况。[方法]应用护理硕士专业学位研究生专业能力自评问卷、护理临床学习环境评价量表、护生实习压力量表对我国10所院校的120名临床实践阶段的不同生源全日制护理专业学位硕士研究生进行调查,并结合SWOT分析法进行分析。[结果]应届毕业生生源学生护理硕士专业学位研究生专业能力自评问卷中的护理硕士专业学位研究生专业能力自评问卷中的专业发展能力维度得分高于临床护士生源学生(P=0.028);临床护士生源学生临床护理能力、沟通协调能力、教育能力以及管理能力维度得分高于应届毕业生生源学生(P<0.05)。应届毕业生生源学生护理临床学习环境评价量表中的创新性维度得分高于临床护士生源学生(P<0.05)。应届毕业生生源学生护生实习压力量表中的工作性质、学习与工作冲突、工作支持、学习准备、人际关系维度得分高于临床护士生源学生(P<0.05)。[结论]我国护理专业学位硕士研究生在临床实践阶段存在着自身能力参差不齐、临床环境有利与不利因素并存的情况,应进行全面权衡后提出针对性策略。 Objective:To probe into the professional competence,clinical practice environment,clinical practice pressure source of graduate students in master of nursing professional degree from different student sources in clinical practice.Methods:A total of 120 full-time nursing graduates in master of nursing professional degree from different student sources were investigated in 10 universities in China by using professional ability self-evaluation questionnaire in master of nursing professional degree,nursing clinical learning environment assessment scale,nursing students' practice stress scale.That was analyzed combined with SWOT analysis method.Results:The score of professional development ability dimension of fresh graduate students in professional ability self-evaluation questionnaire in master of nursing professional degree was higher than that of clinical nurse students(P=0.028).The dimensions scores of clinical nursing ability,communication and coordination ability,education ability and management ability of clinical nurse students were higher than those of clinical nurse students(P0.05).Innovative dimension score of fresh graduates in nursing clinical learning environment assessment scale was higher than that of clinical nurse students(P0.05).The dimensions scores of job nature,learning and work conflict,job support,learning readiness,interpersonal relationship of fresh nursing graduates in nursing students practice stress scale were higher than those of clinical nurse students(P0.05).Conclusions:In the clinical practice stage,the uneven ability and coexist of favorable and unfavorable clinical environment existed in nursing postgraduates in China.One should make a comprehensive balance and put forward the targeted strategy.
