医学与师范专业大学生对HIV/AIDS病人歧视差异比较 被引量:1

Comparison of discrimination against people living with HIV/AIDS among college students between medical and normal universities

摘要 目的为了解医学专业与师范专业大学生对艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者/艾滋病(AIDS)病人(简称HIV/AIDS病人)歧视水平的差异。方法于2016年3月采用中文版zelaya艾滋病歧视量表,对381名医学专业大学生和457名师范专业大学生施测。结果医学专业大学生担心感染维度(t=-7.843,P<0.001)和耻辱偏见维度(t=-3.180,P=0.002)得分低于师范专业大学生,在社会歧视维度得分高于师范专业大学生(t=3.628,P<0.001),差异有统计学意义。除耻辱偏见维度外(t=2.756,P=0.007),有无传染病亲友大学生在各维度得分差异无统计学意义。结论医学专业与师范专业大学生均在一定程度上对HIV/AIDS病人存在歧视,高校应有针对性地开展相关知识教育。 Objective To compare the discrimination against people living with HIV/AIDS(PLWHA)among college students between medical and normal universities.Methods The Chinese version Zelaya's HIV/AIDS Stigma Scale was used to analyze the data collected from 381 medical students and 457 normal students in March 2016.Results The medical students had significantly lower fear of infection dimension scores(t=-7.843,P〈0.001),and lower stigma/prejudice dimension scores(t=-3.180,P=0.002),and higher social discrimination dimension scores(t=3.628,P〈0.001)than normal students.Except for stigma/prejudice dimension scores(t=2.756,P=0.007),there was no significant difference in each dimension score between the college students with relatives or friends infected with infectious diseases.Conclusion Students of both medical and normal universities have a certain degree of discrimination against PLWHA,and universities should conduct the related knowledge education.
