Designed of Verification Platform of the SOC Based on ARM Core

文章针对片上系统(SOC,System On Chip)的构建、测试和验证问题,设计了一种基于ARM926EJ-S处理器硬核和Xilinx的FPGA LT_XC5VLX330逻辑子板的SOC平台,并通过RVDS(Real View Development Suit)开发套件中的RVD(Real View Debugger)和RVI(Real View ICE)进行测试验证,达到了设计要求。

According to the system on chip（SOC） construction, testing and verification problems, the design of a FPGA LT_XC5VLX330 logic board ARM926EJ-S processor hardcore and Xilinx based on SOC platform, and through RVDS（Real View Development Suit） development kit RVD（Real View Debugger） and RVI（Real View ICE） test verification, reached the design requirements.
